Returns + Exchanges

Gemaceuticals offers a 90-day warranty on thread quality for all necklaces, bracelets and malas. If a necklace should break during this period, send it back to us and we will restring and cleanse the gemstone at no charge, unless breakage is due to the wearer’s mismanagement. 


Gemaceuticals will provide a full refund for any unused gemstones returned within 30 days (US) or 45 days (International) of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt, or proof of purchase. 

Due to the energetic nature of our gemstone energy tools, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for gemstones that have been worn or used. Gemstones with heavy chemical fragrance on them will be considered worn and not eligible for return or exchange. With this in mind, we encourage our customers to avoid wearing even strong essential oils if one is considering returning the gemstone. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Please note that it can take between 7-10 business days to process a return. If multiple returns are made by the same customer, Gemaceuticals reserves the right to charge a small restocking fee. If you are having extra trouble finding the right gemstone, we recommend a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to help choose which gemstones would be best for you at this time in your life. Sometimes choosing the right gemstone can be difficult and you wish to exchange it for something different. If you wish to exchange your gemstone, and it meets the return criteria (above), we will gladly replace it with another gem of your choice at no additional cost. Although we believe there is no such thing as the wrong gemstone, people find there are sometimes better ones at any given time and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied at receive the gemstone best for you. 

If you wish to make an exchange, please message us via email at or message us in the contact section with the crystal you would like to return and exchange it with. Once we receive your necklace at our office, we will ship the new gemstone to you. If there is a difference in price between the return and exchanged item please leave your phone number or let us  know what form of payment our credit you would like. 

Shipping Guidelines For Returns and Exchanges 

To mail us your necklace for return or exchange, we recommend the following:


Secure your gemstone in a sturdy box with at least 2" of padding. Please use environmentally friendly packing material (for example, newspaper).


Enclose the copy of your original invoice or customer full name, number, and email (If you do not have the original invoice, please write your order number and purchase date on the form or your contact information. 


If shipping your package internationally, please label “DO NOT X-RAY.”
